Please note that a minimum of 20 participants is required for this trip to operate. This minimum enrollment is necessary to cover fixed costs associated with the experience. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip may be canceled or modified. We encourage interested participants to register early to help ensure that the trip can move forward as planned and to encourage their friends to participate, too!

Your Day at a Glance:
• Morning Departure: Meet at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville at 8:45 AM for check-in and boarding. We’ll depart promptly at 9:00 AM.
• Comfort Stop: A quick bathroom break is scheduled in St. Augustine at 9:50 AM before the tour begins.
• Guided City Tour (10:00 AM – 11:45 AM): Enjoy a comprehensive tour covering St. Augustine’s most iconic landmarks, including two dedicated photo stops at highlights such as the historic Spanish fort and the Flagler-era hotel district.

Explore at Your Leisure:
• Free Time & Lunch (11:45 AM – 3:45 PM): Stroll through the charming historic district, enjoy lunch at a local café, browse boutique shops, or dive deeper into the city’s rich history at your own pace.

Return to Jacksonville:
• Departure from St. Augustine: 3:45 PM
• Arrival at Hyatt Regency: 4:45 PM
